Originally from the Monterey-Carmel area, I moved to Ashland for a more peaceful, quality lifestyle and have never regretted it. I attended Monterey Peninsula Jr. College and transferred to Southern Oregon State College (now SOU) in 1979, majoring in Business and Spanish.
