Sales prices have increased 11% this past year in Southern Oregon and are expected to keep rising at a steadier pace. This year’s market is a perfect time to sell due to peak prices that sellers can get for their properties. Selling before Spring/Summer season is great because you do not have as many properties competing which favors seller with Multiple offer scenarios.
