Principal Broker/Owner Lynn Wegner grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon and then attended both Oregon State University and Lewis & Clark College where she graduated with a BS in Business in 1982. Shortly thereafter, she married Joe Wegner and they moved to Gold Beach, Oregon, to start an accounting practice for Joe. Lynn worked in a couple other fields before deciding to get a real estate license. Upon licensing, she worked part time for Lois Whitehead Real Estate, an icon in this area, and enjoyed raising 3 boys in this very supportive town. As the kids got older and her previous employer headed to retirement, Lynn thought opened her own office. So on 1/1/2007, Pacific Coastal Real Estate came about. PCRE is a small, boutique office that serves both buyers and sellers. We currently have 6 brokers with over 30 years of experience. Lynn specializes in luxury properties and stays on the leading edge of marketing those. She also has 25 years of sales experience in all aspects of real estate including vacant land, residential homes and commercial properties including several hotel sales. Lynn is a member of the Curry County Board of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. She has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is a member of the Luxury Homes Institute.
